Here's the thing, "rescue" means delaying total collapse. The problem is the debt has become so large you can't actually pay off the debt. When you look at the derivative exposure and how much currency there is in circulation, it's not possible to unwind this mess.

China doesn't care about genociding their own people, so when the debt gets crazy it's going to suck to be those third world people.
