Why are they wording it that way? They could have said -
The criminal drug networks are providing chemicals to the immigrant run cartels that are mass producing Fentanyl pills.
Or - China is providing chemicals to the immigrant run cartels that are mass producing Fentanyl pills.
Why is China called out by name, while the immigrant run cartels are called the "Criminal Drug Networks"?

This bitch tells me to only trust pills i get from the doctor and pharmacy.. Honestly, i trust the drug cartels more than i trust the American medical system.
