Seeds are being sent to residents of the US and UK. I've seen reports stating they are being sent to people who had previously purchased seeds from amazon and ebay in the past. The seed types vary and are usually labeled as some random junk like "Earrings". With the recent run on seeds, I can see where some idiots would turn to ebay and buy random seeds from someone and not pay attention to the country of origin but to be sent seeds at random with false packaging is a concern.
