Demetrius Thurman, 40, is accused of creeping up on sleeping Dominique Pollion aboard the Blue Line train in the early hours of Saturday morning and killing him, while filming. The unsuspecting Pollion, 37, was stabbed in the chest and abdomen with a large knife in the frenzied attack that prosecutors say Thurman recorded on his phone. It's the latest incident to hit the Blue Line train after Bethany MaGee, 26, was attacked and set on fire last November aboard the train by a serial criminal.
