Nor did I. That smell would be horrible, worse than going to an open house and being hit with the smell confirming that the house is currently being occupied by pakis.

A house like that cannot be saved. I once was forced to rent what looked like a nice apartment for a time while figuring out a better place to live. It smelled of curry niggers the entire time. No cleaning helped. Their cooking becomes part of the property.

Never allow the browns/blacks to rent/use/live in a property you own or manage. You can never get rid of the smell.

I like to imagine that replacing all of the drywall, carpets, floorboards and ceiling in every room would get rid of the stench, but it is probably soaked into the frame, foundation, insulation and shingles as well.
