Also the CFPB has the authority to do whatever they want to banks with or without evidence. Lookup "disparate impact", it's when you didn't do anything wrong but the government get to find you guilty anyway.

I agree. I do not like the idea of abstract entities having any sort of constitutional protections. It encourages criminal cabals. We see this with too big to exist corporations calling the shots for Americans as they side step our rights.

Yes. Another good point. All "government" agencies seem to have this power. My God, look at what the fucking CDC did. I mean, telling landlords what they could or could not do? Fucking terrifying.
