I could be wrong but that feed looked like just corn in the girls video. Chickens need calcium to make eggs. My chicken aren't having any issues at all.

Also, they require a certain amount of light. Winter has less sun light, so you need to supplement the sun light with artificial light.
While we do have criminals destroying civilization, there are other explanations for hens not laying eggs.
