The rise of gluten allergies line up nicely with the rise of glyphosate use in the last few decades. You're being poisoned. Industrial farming is in the business of death. The jews did this.

Add in there PFAS, birth control in the water systems and other endocrine disruptors and it's no wonder we see failing health on the rise. Pure poison.

Caputo flour is what it is called. You want the double 0 (which is like all purpose) and not the pizza dough flour that they offer (unless of course you are going to make pizza).
