The eastern world doesn't have these issues because they are not using glyphosate in all their food crops. I found I could eat homemade bread but not store bought. I also have autoimmune issues and avoid things like bromine which 'enriched' bread is full of.

One of the worst things this shit can do to humans is destroy our gut lining, giving us leaky gut. This allows things into the blood stream that should not be there, giving rise to a whole host of health problems.

The eastern world also eats the whole grain in their flour, not the bleached and stripped garbage white flour we eat. They also ferment their dough. People with gluten sensitivity notice it goes away when eating actual old world bread.

I can confirm this. In western Europe when I eat wheat I get sick for days. When I eat wheat in Croatia, no problems at all.

has a good suggestion for flour that doesn't have that shit in it. We started using it and it is much better.

One of the biggest problems is that they started using glyphosate to get rid of pests.. Then they started using it in huge amounts to intentionally "kill off" the crop so it would dry out for harvest on a specific schedule rather than going with "natures" schedule. Most if not nearly ALL of that glyphosate ends up in the finished product/food where before only extremely small amounts may have before (not that it was good for you then, it was just less bad).

Caputo flour is what it is called. You want the double 0 (which is like all purpose) and not the pizza dough flour that they offer (unless of course you are going to make pizza).
