I would say that any ISP that limits any content should lose all protections. There may be some limited exceptions but they should be public and reported. If you start shutting down or blocking websites based on politics or "identity" on the other hand.. Yeah, you can fuck right off. It would be even more funny if the reply was "I know what your account is and I don't think your top would like to know you are on the website".
