I am currently using Qwant.com. They are limited by both French and EU laws, but they do bitch about this forced limitation when it happens. Their heart is in the right place. Some people enjoy Russian Yandex.com. There seems to be a benefit to using other nation's search engines as what they want to censor is want is going on in their own country or region and not yours. Any other recommendations?
