> On Monday afternoon, I noticed that this week’s newsletter email was held in the queue instead of being sent out at noon like usual. I contacted support and got the following response:
- I do see that your account is on hold due to an automated process within our security system and therefore your message has not yet been sent. This will require a manual review from our team. I have gone ahead and passed your information to our Best Practices team for this to be reviewed as soon as possible.
