They can deliver the website as a PWA (progressive web app) to install in the phone directly from the website, then user doesn't even have to visit either app store or play store. Finding a service provider to host the content is not a problem nowadays, as there are a number of countries outside of US that accept free speech content as long as the site doesn't contain very illegal content (you know what I meant). If they have no idea, they should talk to Alex jones.
