Or even the ISP's DNS servers. Changing them won't help sometimes, I've had problems where my ISP would trap common DNS servers and STILL redirect them. Called them on it one time and was told "It's a known problem" and they got pissy with me when I said "Fix it then, you're fucking up things here that I expect to respond in a certain way."
