Well that is another issue that Putt had no problem ignoring, and that is Mods need to adhere to a very strict set of rules where there is little room for misinterpretation of said rules. What currently happens on Voat is that there is a set of rules for users, but there is nothing for mods. This opens it up for people with little emperor syndrome and narcissists to piss people of creating a bad atmosphere throughout the entire site. With a well defined set of rules for both users and mods, defined while the site is small, it builds a homogeneous culture throughout the site which will remain as the site grows. People hate change, and this is why this has to be done early on.
