He sings and plays the classical guitar... And his musical tastes are just plain awful and it's always the same songs, and he sings like a fucking goat masturbating with his guitar... "gnignigninginiiiiiiiiiii gninginginiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" it's horrible, I wish him death sometimes... I used to snap and yell slurs at him, but he pretends he hears nothing like a freaking pervert, now I just endure...

And even when I close everything, doors and windows, I still can clearly hear his shit

I remember the first time I met him, he said to me "The music doesn't bother you? I ask because I had problems with the previous neighbor..."

And I replied "no" because I'm nice and polite and tolerant and shit... Truth is that I just didn't realize what it was, yet... Then I realized what it was... No shit you had problems with the previous neighbor you fucking maniac...

I need to come up with something less obvious, that doesn't turn into a pain in the ass for me or the other neighbor, because I know he'll resist until death, he's a religious fanatic, that's his way to praise god

When he does it today can you record what it sounds like from your home so we can all hear. Might be a little tricky but it's worth a try. In your neighborhood do you guys have any tennents set up? Kind of like an unenforceable HOA list of do's and don'ts? Religious freedom doesn't entitle him to be annoying. Because if you're losing joy in your life from sonic invasion that's just as important as calls to God. By the way I'm not a lawyer or even a homeowner but I've had a deal with shitty neighbors when I had an apartment and then going back home to visit my father and dealing with idiots there as well. There might even be rules about having a commercial business and a residential area. I know there are where my father lives.

See if you can throw a decibel meter on it as well. That's just mostly for our enjoyment. Believe me I feel your pain there's nothing worse than being woken up by a neighbor who was a stripper, who got home at 4:30 in the morning and starts playing terrible Mariah Carey tunes and you can hear them through your wall. That was a Tuesday.
