It's split up into a men's group retreat and a women's group retreat followed by a year of monthly "formation" meetings where you connect and share your testimony with other members. I am doing it this year and it is SOO GOOD. I just got back from my meeting tonight. I can't say enough good things about it.

Haven't managed to find a church where they like me much, but I'm glad funky has one.
