When I was in Italy and had a chance to visit the Vatican area, there was a time period when it was cleared for tourists and then at the end of the day it was cleared to make way for homeless migrants. I think that practice was encouraging the migrant problem and making it dangerous for tourists. I 'member walking around a Swedish park after midnight and there were other tourists too and it was SAFE. Young kids would be riding their bikes around small towns with no parents in sight. Now, I wouldn't feel safe to be out at night with Europe importing criminal-minded migrants.
