I came across this by accident (was looking up Zechariah 9 for the prophesy of Jesus riding on the donkey into Jerusalem) but really felt this is a good description of our current state of affairs here in what was previously known as Christendom. I often find myself wondering when God will finally have enough and begin the great chastisement. We have definitely reached the great apostasy, with only 5% of Catholics regularly going to mass!!!!
