"You will not die, you can do whatever you want, eat the fruit" -Satan

"Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law" -Satanist Aleister Crowley.

No, you can't do whatever you want. Sin is not an option, and rejecting the Catholic faith is a sin. The issue here is you assume the bible is the sole authority of Christianity, the bible doesn't say this anywhere. The Bible was put together by the Catholic Church. There are plenty of places in scripture that talk about the intercession of saints https://www.scripturecatholic.com/saints-and-intercessory-prayer/

2 Thess 2:14 explicitly denies Sola Scriptura "Therefore, brethren, stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned, whether by word, or by our epistle." St. Paul is talking about sacred tradition right there. Clear as the blue sky.

Protestantism is from Hell, abandon it and embrace the true faith where true peace and joy is found. Outside of the Catholic Church, no man is saved.

You can do what you want regarding praying to Mary, but the Bible does not say anywhere that praying to Mary is essential to a Christian life.

Personally, I think praying to anyone other than God is a sin. But you can pray to anyone or anything you want, and I wont stop you.

Good thing you're not the divine authority, the Church is. Matthew 16:18-19. 1 Tim 3:15.

We're warned in the Holy Scriptures not to add to or take away from the teachings. Seems to me the rosary, from the 1500s, is adding to the teachings.

But again, if you choose to pray to Mary, I won't stop you.
