My apologies, but your comment really made no sense. what does "examplar to decree" mean?

The Initial post asked, where is the Hail Mary in the bible. I have provided examples of exactly that. Saying the Hail Mary prayer is praying the gospel, pure and simple. How can it be wrong to quote the bible in prayer?
