I was raised catholic, but had a crisis of faith as a teenager. I've since studied theology, and philosophy. It's my opinion that the teachings of the church are in accordance with morality, the political nature of the church however is contrary to morality.

Cool! I would say that is not an opinion, but a fact :)

political nature of the church

If I am understanding what you mean by "political nature", then yes, I do agree and find that to be an unfortunate situation (current pope included). This doesn't negate the teachings of the church, just condemns those within that are not following the correct path.

The catholic church is one of the wealthiest institutions on earth, they own more property than any other institution, and they have their own country. The Vatican archives deliberately keeps knowledge and potentially wisdom from the world. That's in direct conflict with the teachings of christ.

Morality ? You cannot in good conscience follow and agree with a book (written by man) that says slavery is ok and speak the word moral. Can't do it.

Look, I'm not a Christian. I'm fully aware of the fact that all organized religion is a creation of man as a structure of control. Christianity is rebranded astro theology at it's core. Is it perfect? Not at all. It is a decent roadmap to attaining a grateful and humble existence. Not the best, not the worst. It's somewhere in the middle and that's exactly why it's so popular. Yeah, some of it is outdated. I don't think people should be property. You have to remember though, it's only in the last 200 years out of at least 12000 years of society that we realized that. You're looking for reasons to cancel an ideology, and it's like a "ha, checkmate christcuck!" Jokes on you though bud. Every ideology is flawed. You're free to take what's useful and leave the rest. If you refuse to look at christianity like it has something useful then you're leaving a lot on the table.

Morality isn't controlled or compromised by time or that which speaks it. It just is. Christianity isn't an ideology, it's a mission statement based heavily on guilt and subjection through calls of jew "Abrahamic" morals. Same as islam.
