With the blow by I’m getting oil in the hose from the valve cover to the intake . So there’s an oily residue in the carb an carbon on the plugs I was thinking sea foam to clean it and restore to seal the rings but I’ve never used either and am open to suggestions.

Seafoam is good stuff just don't use too much or it'll destroy the seals

Update: 90 psi in cylinder 6 . I met a guy that talked me into filling it with transmission fluid for a day I also put half a can of sea foam in the oil. After cleaning a hell of a mess in my garage from all of the tranny fluid and smoke bombing the neighborhood for 30 minutes I’m back to 120 psi and running great. I hope it lasts
