Stuff like this at that price ($32k) are just a novelty. Most people have no real use for something of this size and range, especially at that cost. (Technically 400 miles but only recharges ~40 miles/day).

Yeah, I agree. Especially with the flexible panels, then again it could be a weight thing. Adding even flexible panels adds weight/drag and you still have to add wire to connect them to batteries too.
