yeah, that's why nearly all those types of parts have lifetime warranties.. they know the odds are good that it is going to fail

Oh yeah the blend door actuator. I had to rip out a crap ton of trim to replace the two in the back of the minivan. Already replaced two in the front (apparently there are three).

I've yet to replace this. The car is blowing cold air, but heat isn't working. I have few months to worry about that :)
