SPICY comment. Never thought I would encounter something this based on autoblog of all places.

>With a name like "Elijah Nicholson-Messmer it figures the propaganda would be thick as peanut butter. May we assume you're Ashkenazi, as well? Men don't have hyphenated last names. Real women don't, either. Let's highlight some of this propagandist's nonsense-speak While many automakers are racing toward electrification, Racing towards electrification? Or being shoved? Is it a race? Is there some kind of claim that the first one there wins? Let's rewrite that line, shall we? While many automakers are racing towards their own destruction... Sounds more truthful. Despite its success, Mazda’s approach to electrification has been cautious. No wonder you have a hyphenated last name. Let's rewrite this line, too...Mazda's approach to electrification has been cautions, which appears to be a successful and correct mindset. Still, even with potentially subpar offerings, A shill trying to push us into vehicles they can turn off with the push of a button cries and attacks. Mazda stands to benefit from the rising share of American consumers who are becoming more interested in hybrid and PHEV options compared to fully electrified EVs. Here, a propaganda specialist tries desperately to tell you what American consumers are interested in. If you don't want to be kicked out of your tribe, you'll be one of them. Really, a liar encouraging group-think. Don't tell us what we want. Who's telling you this is what we want?

I'm carefully watching the automobile market waiting until manufacturers indicate they're going to stop selling ICE vehicles. I want the last fully ICE vehicle made so I still have 10-20 years before I'm forced into some bullshit EV.

I have owned two CX-9 models in the past few years. Good cars.

My girlfriend bought a 2024 CX-50 turbo, traded in her 2022 CX-5 Signature. Great cars, and the competition doesn't compare. They have 2 new cars on the lot right now. They can't keep up.
