A friend of mine used to be a driver for PENNDOT. He would have trucks on the road 24/7 when it got bad out.

I was trying to draw less attention to their run times but downplaying the numbers a bit. They love the overtime, we love the clean streets, so let's just go back to not talking about it so we don't screw it up for everyone.

I don't think they are in any danger of losing that OT. I'd rather see salt trucks out running than I would some of the other shit gubbmint does.

These days the bitching would sound something like "all of these white men are taking all of the money to clear our roads blah blah blah'. Just like that, the cities will start sticking fresh out of Africa niggers in the plows who will work less, damage more private property and do a terrible job leaving us all to drive through too much snow/ice.
