If it were me I'd probably just swap them all. Diagnosis is easy they make those odb2 readers that connect to your phone and you can get em on amazon for super cheap. Like 20$ beats the hell outta 900$

Code readers are one thing, but the computer Ford has can go much more in depth. Leakdown tests, injector tests, etc etc it's pretty neat what they can do. But it's proprietary so plebs can't buy it
