That's the point. They're trying to completely starve you, by every method they can. They don't give a shit which one works best; they'll just keeping pushing them all until they get a result they want. jews are not very bright, but (a) they fucking hate Our existence and loathe Our successes, and (b) they are persistent in their efforts, because they continually fail.
