Agreed. If I could use one (range), is inexpensive, battery replacement wasn't more expensive than the value of the vehicle, it would be a no brainer.

I love the idea of an EV. Electric motors and torque are awesome. But reality doesn't align with the idea. Not even close.

Add to this that big tech has absolute control over the tech and you can't buy used without paying extortion to the manufacturer. Confirming you don't actually own your EV. Nothing about them makes sense.

75-100 mile range, 3-4k, two seats and some cargo space, maybe top speed of 45. I could use that every day. Nothing fancy, just a radio and that's about it.

I'd go buy one tomorrow.

I have a gasoline car for those requirements. I'd like something cheap I can putt around town with and piss off the people who want to go faster.
