Only a matter of time and opportunity. If the chargers are "connected" then they are vulnerable. One of our guys at the VFW has an EV, , not sure which one - but not a Tesla, but he says his is connected to the internet all the time. He and his wife drive around all over with a WiFi music service running. Yep, only a matter of time.

Yep. There's an old saying from back in the DOS days when you could set a protected flag on a file. "What software does, software can undo."

Yep, CP/M had that same capability -- or unability. Main reason I only use Linux plus the user-programmed sand-box where every application runs inside a walled off secure area. At least when we had Cobol, the perp had to punch and load extra cards. LOL
