25% loss at full load is way optimistic according to what I've heard.

Same here, it's more like 40% IIRC. And that is in summer, even worse in the winyer.

Throw in cold weather, which by itself loses something like 40% just heating the batteries, and a full load means you'd better not be leaving your end of the city in that truck.
