when they say "the tide is turning" what they mean is their misinformation campaign is failing and the ppl that saw through it have a message that others are gravitating towards since it aligns with their own world view and experiences. EVs are good for city commuting and that's about it. the fact they convinced these 100 year old car manufacturers that you could tow with them and compare them overall to ICE is insane. they had to be paid off or get MASSIVE incentives. They are not that stupid to think that would actually work. all the issues with batteries were known and they pushed ahead anyway making themselves look stupider than previously thought.
