Jesus! I've never seen such a collection. Too bad they can't be kept together. It's unlikely this will ever be duplicated.

Michigan has a couple. Henry Ford and Gilmore Museums have a lot. Although Henry Ford probably doesn't have that many cars, but it has a lot of planes and trains to make up for it.
It is physically painful to see such a valuable collection left to decay like that. I mean, why bother even collecting them in the first place if you're not even going to enjoy them and just let them rot away like that. There are kids that take better care of their baseball cards and comic books collections than that. After seeing this, the news of of the owners dementia does not come as any surprise. This isn't collecting. It's hoarding.
