The used value for these EVs is going to be nothing when the batteries are shit. Just as bad as a gas car with a bad engine. They're really just a throwaway car.

So imagine an entire junkyard, full of teslas... Leaking their shitty batteries into the groundwater for a year or two, then it catches on fire and firemen can't put it out for 2 weeks
