it doesnt even mention the absolute fact that all chargers... *ALL* chargers.... are powered by .... either coal or nuclear fired power stations, to power them by renewables alone *you would need your very own personal wind or solar farm* - not a single domestic solar setup or pissy little home wind generator, *an entire farm* to harvest enough energy to actually charge the fucking things. consider this - lets leave our power generation and grid exactly the same as it is now (no power company is going to add more capacity for this) but we magically switch out everyones petrol powered car for electric, and then we plug every private electric car in at the same time to charge.... instant grid overload. not brownouts, or intermittent fails, we are talking complete grid collapse on a scale never seen before. there is nothing zero emission about them there is nothing recyclable in them there is nothing even remotely environmentally friendly about them. another interesting point came up in the last couple of days... theyre also far heavier than their petrol equivalents, meaning that hi-rise car parks may *not* be architectually appropriate for them. but thats moot as your average joe isnt meant to have them, WEF wants privately owned vehicles banned in their entirety, and as per the WEF interviews, *those fuckers are not using electric cars at all, theyre still using petrol, and always will*
