Another reason why electric cars are not better for the environment -- they get scrapped more quickly.

man you can put a picture of a lithium mine in front of a leftist retard and they will still try and tell you that massive poisonous scar in the ground is actually environmentally friendly.

Saw an article stating that theyre trialling the cars automatically ordering replacement parts.

Nek minit battery drops by 5% because cold so Tesla automatically mortages your home and buys a replacement battery pack.

There is a major flaw with a lot of the Teslas (maybe they fixed it in the newer models). You can break a PLASTIC coupling that delivers coolant to the battery bank. This can happen from any random road debris depending on the model.

Most (nearly all) tesla shops will not repair this as they dont know how and the only thing they can do is quote a whole battery pack swap. A few repair garages that work with EV's including some YT guy figured out how to fix the problem with less than 50$ of parts and some labor.

Imagine how fun it is to be told that the EV you still have a 15k loan on needs a 15-18k repair that insurance will not even touch and neither will a warranty. Might be a good way to get a cheap tesla if you know what you are doing are interested in something like that...

Just wait a few years until some moron at a scrap yard trys to crush a tesla without the battery removed. That is going to be really fun as long as a video is available.

Part of making sure you never own a car again is making it unfeasible to repair. Electric cars will never be cheap to repair because so many of the parts are expensive and throw away. There isn't any repairing a battery, you throw it out, recycle it, and buy a new one. Just imagine if the only way to fix an ICE was to scrap it and put a new engine in, even if the most minute thing goes wrong.
