Seriously, the car is ugly
I was just pondering that, because you sort of second guess yourself when you think something is really really ugly but everyone else is gushing about it.
but it just is? especially from the front, electric cars do not need massive blunt grilles because the cooling requirements are minimal, the whole design is just confused and heavy. Like where are the lines?
Someone specced nigger wheels too, maybe that's the market?
It reminds of oversized poser watches, the whole design thinking is conspicuous weight and bling
I feel the need to apologize, but American cars, except the Corvette are hideous. I believe they make them ugly on purpose. I can't think of any other reason.
I think the Challenger has good lines that’ll age well, the Mustang look pretty good. The Camaro is a little too aggressive looking. I think the c7 and c8 Corvettes are not as good looking as the C6 and prior. Too aggressive and edgy looking.
I felt the Mustang was a more uniquely American design, but both are nice.
Cadillac seemed to stop being a glamorous 'wide lapel' American at the end of the 70's, now it looks just like a standard Nissan?
Design is hard, adding more gadgets is easy, what every country is struggling with is a loss of a national aesthetic, like France doesn't make Citroen DS's any more
Agreed. The classic Mustang was a nice looking car.
