Never heard of it before. It's basically a Wankel. Wankels have plusses and minuses. Wouldn't be any better at handling different fuel mixtures than a standard piston engine; which could actually be pretty good given good combustion monitoring and fuel injection.

Not too fond of the design. Running the intake through the shaft means the shaft is hollow which isn't as strong as a solid shaft. There's also a lot of marketing-speak that really doesn't mean anything.
Gonna opine that you shouldn't fiddle with this unless you mind taking a big risk.
Hmmm, maybe a Wankel is still better. Or maybe they should create a different intake system.
