I feel this is not an uncommon occurance and the driver was likely at least a 6 pack in at this time. I imagine one neighbors at the window with a camcorder with the police on speed dial and a few others are "Fuckin A! Not again that stupid sonofabitch is gonna kill someone one day!!"
