You realize that paints gonna just get ripped off the discs and look terrible. A stupid product they sell for people worried about that is a kind of lube. Why anyone would lube their disc brakes has always eluded me.
He'll probably die because the brakes don't work long before then. Showed some friends who are into cars, and they said that since he painted the inside of the calipers, they'll probably stick, and not ever work to begin with. If they do work, they'll barely work until the paint on the rotors comes off.
I think they'll probably still work. I imagine lube would affect it more than paint and that's actually marketed as a solution. Some are just for pins while others are sold for every contact point meaning some people just drench their discs in this crap from my understanding.

Idk, in my experience braking hard a few times cleans off rust on the discs for the most part.
