I'd rather be alive and MAYBE get a dui then be a dead law abiding citizen. I didn't post about the legality. It's more about buying a vehicle that has limitations that could harm you. Why not build cars with governors that keep you right at the speed limit? Same principle, maybe someone is trying to kill you in a road rage incident and you need to lose them. So many scenarios.
