Idiots also want you to eat plants. Does that mean you refuse to put tomatoes on your burger? Just because some fucking idiot wants you to do something doesn't make it automatically a bad thing. EVs are the same thing. They want you to drive EVs because muh global warming, but that doesn't automatically mean that EVs have no other benefits. They do. They're more economical and more resistant to shitty infrastructure or infrastructure attacks.
God gave you a brain so you can think for yourself instead of just doing the opposite of whatever your political opponents do. Think of it this way, if you just reflexively refuse to do whatever shitlibs say all that's required to control you is to have a shitlib say to do the opposite of what they want you to do.
