Rotary engines are magnificently ORIGINAL form of delivering power. WHY did they stop doing that? Classis doesn't ALWAYS mean muscle. Kind of bland but a LEAST original styling. I wouldn't want one for 100 years possibly, but I see the potential for the rotary engine (no crankshaft connected to pistons going up and down). I mean IMAGINATION was employed to come up the that pseudo traingular shape that rotated around the internal void to collect fuel for power and expel exhaust gases. It consumed oil I heard, but I wonder about it's perfection. IF anyone is doing anything with that design today. Wankel I think it was called.

No. You, YOU are the moron in THIS equation dumbass. The Philistine, the homeless nigger claiming to be a human too, the unemployed redneck accusing others of thinking they were better than him. The feminist.

The big problem is seal failure because of cooling and lubrication issues. Increase lubrication and you increase oil consumption.

The really cool thing about these engines is you can keep stacking them and build bigger and bigger engines.

Stacking? putting them together with other rotary engines easily?

You can stack the rotor sections to continue increasing displacement.

Shit gas mileage in general. Expect to do 17 mpg in city and 23 mpg highway in an rx-8 w/o a turbo. Burns oil by design so women that bought em b/c 'cute' did a pretty solid job of burning up motors early. (you actually are supposed to check and top off your oil every other fillup). They build up carbon and kill apex seals early if you don't know how to properly drive them (every time you take it out even for short trips give it atleast a 9k rpm redline. I'm rocking an 08 rx-8 w/ a stage 3 turbo. I generally run it around 350hp but could boost it well over 450-500 if I wanted.

They're super cheap project cars b/c the market is legit flooded w/ clean bodies w/ burnt crispy engines in need of rebuilds.

THANKS to the info. What do they get used for? Competitions?

Thanks! Better this time around?

seems to be. Military has invested a lot in this new design/company
