I really would like to see an American car company do something great. I don't consider TSLA a car company, it's a money laundering and financialization operation. When I look at American cars, they seem to focus on gadgets rather than quality. I'm sorry to say I've been buying Toyotas and my experience has been great so far, no mechanical problems with any of them. One I'm still driving and it's over ten years old. I won't retire it until it finally fails.
Toyota makes a great product no doubt.
GM is doing some great stuff in the EV market. They are undervalued imo. Once these EVs start showing up in dealerships it will be a game changer.
I hope you're right. I'd love US manufacturing to come back. Given today's workforce, I'm not so sure GM will build a game changer. In my mind, it will be an arcade game console with four wheels.
Yep!
It is nice they are building these in the US and not Canada or Mexico.
