My Jeep Liberty let me down again tonight and wouldn’t start. I’ve had it for 7 years now and it’s time to trade it in before repairs become stupid. It’s a 2007 with almost 190,000 miles.

Looking for something useful like a minivan I can haul around a bunch of tools for work. I was thinking a Honda Odyssey because Honda’s are supposed to be reliable. I don’t want a full sized work van. A truck would be cool too I supposed but they seem to be expensive. Like a Tacoma or Frontier.

I was also considering a compact car for good mileage. For some reason I like the Kia Soul. I rented one once and it wasn’t terrible. I know Kia used to be a cheap quality car but it seems like they have improved.

Idk. What do you recommend?

Kia has stepped up their game in recent years. Also check out Toyotas in the suv line(rav4, 4runner) or a Tacoma with a topper. I'd personally go with a Honda Element or CR-V before going Odyssey. AWD/4WD is a must for me anymore but that's just me.
