I’m dying here. Real life allies don’t exist. I hate my existence.

I keep trying. You guys see me sharing fun videos of dad drumming. Even that has turned into chaos.

I don’t know what to do. Dad is racing towards being constantly unmanageable. No one has power of attorney. I have one ally, my “step-uncle.”

I don’t know how I can continue this.

Did your father provide a will, POA, enough resources to fund any specialized care, and communicate to the family who would do what?

If he did, this will be emotionally difficult but logistically simple.

If he didnt, why are you white knighting for irresponsible baby boomers? Do not save people who spent decades creating their problem.
