I go to my dad’s house every night to do things and hang out with him. We have an agreement that I text or call him 15 minutes before I come over.

If he forgets to turn the AC on, his house his hot as shit. Tonight, it was 87 degrees in his house. And he sleeps like that too!

So, do senior citizens just no longer recognize they’re boiling? Is it the thinning of the skin or something?

reverse the effects of aging.

To me your denial is no different than all the fat people who argue that weight is genetically programmed and diet and exercise wont fix it. Not trying to attack you, just giving my perspective. Personally I'm ammazed how few people make any intelligent effort to advance anti aging knowledge.

It is hard to justify dedicating a large amount of my time to that persuit at my age, with so many other things demanding my time; but after retirement I can't imagine not spending a good amount of effort on it.

Explain your magic idea of reverse aging and where you got this magic idea.

The idea has been around since before written history.

Reacently advances in genetics, protien folding, stem cells, and technology in general have brought us closer than ever (inb4 hur der everything is always closer than ever) to finding effective therapies.

It's totally different though. Getting morbidly obese is a purely modern phenomenon, only possible with technology. Getting old is a natural part of life. You can slow down the effects with a healthy lifestyle (although that is effectively and in some places literally illegal now) but you can't stop, let alone reverse it.
