I don’t think donated organs have ever been put in a cooler before transplantation. That’s probably just a Hollywood trope.

Yes, they do prefer to rip it from your still living body to implant to someone in the same room if possible. Sometimes that's not possible and it ends up in a "cooler".

Lots of Canadians recipients either get organs from the U.S or they go to the U.S to get transplanted because not only is Canada underpopulated it's huge and transplant centers are few and far between.
Canada maid organs are doubling every year.
It's in the U.S now thanks to that Kochul cow in New York.

One man's son was in a coma and they wanted to take his organs. He barricaded the door and had a gun and told them to fuck themselves.
The son made a full recovery. I doubt anyone in that family is on a "donation" list now...
