Well you have to hand it to people for not giving up. 20 years ago half the stuff that killed you then is mostly an inconvenience now.
I'm staying at my dad's house and the next door neighbor is 85 years old and he just had his first cataract surgery and during the process of making sure he was in decent health they found that he had some issue with his heart. He's scheduled to get a procedure done to repair it. I don't know what kind of quality of life he's going to have in 10 years but I think if he can get to 90 and have mobility that would be awesome.
